To enhance our proficiency in addressing ABI and TBI, we leverage the expertise of the British Association of Brain Injury and Complex Case Management (BABICM) and Headway for specialised training.
Our dedicated training for ABI or TBI is conducted by a Clinical Nurse Specialist and is complemented by competencies assessed by trained Complex Care Supervisors under the guidance of the Clinical Nurse Specialist.

Upon completion of the brain injury training, our Personal Assistants undergo a competency-based assessment to ensure alignment between their knowledge and the latest training they have received.
